Electronics case packer

The packaging robots of the TLE series are at the top of the category in terms of reliability, speed, flexibility and efficiency. The equipment is designed to pack a wide variety of products inside containers, picked up from an infeed conveyor and inserted, by vertical movements, into American cartons or crates.

System based on a 2 Cartesian axis controlled by means of brushless motors working simultaneously and synchronized on same belt, driven by an axis control card and an interchangeable gripping head designed according to the product to be handled.

The equipment singular geometry and shape allows to have an extremely compact solution and easy accessibility to each section.
