Pick up depalettizers

The Depal-L series depalettizers are designed for lifting complete layers of containers from a pallet and placing them onto a conveyor for laning and transferring to downstream machines.

The lifting system can be with inflatable membranes, vacuum plate of magnetic type. Models available are Depal-L 40 for medium and low production speed and Depal-L 130 for higher performance (up to 130 layers/h) . Typical applications are for depalettizing bottles, jars and plastic containers.

Following accessories are available:

Sweep-off depalletizers

The Depal-S series sweep-off depalettizers are designed to handle any kind of container pallettized on a flat layercard or inverted tray. The machines are available in various configurations both semi or completely automatic for production speed from 40 up to 140 layers/h.

• Tray or layercard removing device
• Tray magazine or compressor
• Empty pallet magazine

Minidepal

The Minidepal is a semiautomatic lift-off depalettizer with inflatable membranes suitable for low speed bottling plants. 
The machine is controlled by an operator using a handheld console for main machine functions. High quality materials and simple design are the strengths of this cost effective and efficient machine. 
The production is approximately 30-40 layers/h.
