MCP2

MCP 2 mechanical casepacker for glass bottles with adjustable picking head. The machine can handle any bottle between Ø 58 mm and Ø 110 mm in 3x4 and 3x2 matrix without changing the picking head. The system is particularly designed for wine, spirits and olive oil industry.

MA1

MA1 partition inserter for wine bottles. The machine inserts the partions between the bottles on the infeed conveyor of the case packer after separating groups of 12 or 6 bottles. With this system, the partitions are inserted between the bottles in a position where these are not subject to any pressure and therefore there is no risk of damaging labels or partitions. The MA1 can be combined with an MCP casepacker equipped with apecial picking head for bottles with partitions.
